Changing the Administrator Timezone

To change your administrator timezone:

  1. Click Settings → Account settings on the menu.

  2. Click the My timezone button.

  3. In the dropdown list, select the difference between your local timezone and the UTC (also known as GMT) in hours and click Save.

Note that currently the Management Server's timezone setting ignores the difference between summer time and standard time (the daylight saving schemes). Thus when your local time changes one hour back or forward, you must make that change manually into Management Server.

You can change timezone settings any time you want. All time information is saved into the system as UTC time, so the timezone setting affects only the viewing of time information at each occasion.
