Generating Reports of MFT Events

To create an MFT report on the MFT Events logs, select Reports → MFT reports on the menu.

Use the options on the left to select what kind of events should be included in the report. When you select a tick box, you get more options:

  • Select Status to choose the resulting status of the events to be included in the report. the options are: Success, Failure, Aborted or Pending.

  • Select From time to define the start time of the report period. Click Change to get the calendar view, where you can define the starting date and time to the minute.

  • Select To time to define the end time of the report period. Click Change to define the end time in a calendar view.

  • Select Group to choose an existing host group whose MFT events you want to include into the report.

Click Search/Refresh to generate the report.

The report is shown on the screen. It details the matching events, shows what files have been transferred and their transfer times, and how many bytes were transferred. You can filter the presented data per column by clicking the column heading.
