Logging a Session

Tectia ConnectSecure can log the terminal output of your session into a text file. The feature can be enabled via the Tectia SSH Terminal GUI.

To start recording your session to a text file, select File → Log Session. In the Save As dialog box that opens, define the file you want the session to be logged into. You can either enter the name of a new file, or select an existing file.

If you choose to log the session into an existing file, a File already exists message opens. To overwrite the existing file, click Yes. To append the session log to the end of the existing file, click No.
