Editing the Configuration File

The default location for the configuration file is /etc/ssh2/. You can edit the ssh2_config file with your favorite text editor.

The ssh2_config configuration file contains keyword-value pairs, one per line. Lines starting with the hash character (#) as well as empty lines are interpreted as comments and ignored.

For more information on the client configuration options, see the ssh2_config man page (Appendix ssh2_config).
