In addition to configuration management, SSH Tectia Manager allows also other actions to be performed remotely on the managed hosts. The actions are available in the View host page of each managed host. See Viewing Host Info.
Clicking the Secure Shell software tab shows information on the Secure Shell software installed on the managed host. See Figure 9.25.
On this page, the following tabs are available:
Shows details of the Secure Shell software installed on the managed host. If SSH Tectia or SSH Secure Shell server is installed on the host, they can be started or stopped from this page. See Stopping and Starting Secure Shell Servers Remotely.
- Own host key
Shows the public host key of the server if the managed host has an SSH Tectia or SSH Secure Shell server installed.
- Host certificate
Shows the host certificate of the server if the managed host has an SSH Tectia Server installed and a certificate has been enrolled for the host. See Configuring Authentication Settings.
- Host key distribution
Shows the status of the distributed host keys on the managed host. Host keys can be resent to the host from this page. See Host Key Distribution.
- Log data
Shows the collected SSH Tectia or SSH Secure Shell server log data. See Viewing the Log Data for a Host.
Shows a preview of SSH Tectia Connector configuration file for the host, generated according to the tunneling rules. The file is distributed only to the Windows hosts that have SSH Tectia Connector installed.
The tab also displays information on the application connection licenses as a list of application names and the times when they were last tunneled (for 4.x).
