Removing of the client-side tools of Tectia Server for Linux on IBM System z is done the same way as removing Tectia Client. To remove the client-side tools from Linux on IBM System z, follow the instructions below:
Remove the installation by issuing the following command with root privileges:
# rpm -e ssh-tectia-client-<version>
In the command, <version> is the package version to be removed (for example, 18.104.22.168).
If you want to remove also the components that are common with Tectia Server for Linux on IBM System z, give the following command:
# rpm -e ssh-tectia-common-<version>
Note that removing the common components disables Tectia Server, if it has been installed on the same host.
