SSH Tectia Connector can be installed on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP with SP2.

SSH Tectia Connector does not have any special hardware requirements. Any computer capable of running a current version of the operating system, and equipped with a functional TCP/IP connection can be used.

The SSH Tectia Connector installation requires about 25 megabytes of disk space.

Server Requirement

The Secure Shell server to which the connection is made needs to be a tunneling server, SSH Tectia Server with Tunneling Expansion Pack or SSH Tectia Server for IBM z/OS. SSH Tectia Connector uses the Secure Shell version 2 protocol to connect to the server. It uses the tunneling functionality on the server to carry the specified TCP/IP communication over the SecSh v2 protocol.
