On Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, and AIX, the Management Agent package creates the following directories when installed:
/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent/sbin/ /etc/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent /var/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent
The location of the Management Agent startup scripts varies depending on the platform.
On Linux and Solaris, the directory is /etc/init.d.
On AIX, the directory is /etc/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent.
On HP-UX, the directory is /sbin/init.d.
All files are owned by root, but readable and executable
by all users.
The Management Agent looks for the Initial Configuration Block (ICB) file at:
/var/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent/icb.dat
The ICB file is needed to connect to the Management Server for the first
time. After the first connection, the file
/var/opt/ssh-mgmt/agent/router.dat is created. The file is
protected and should only be accessible by root.
