Pekka Rauhala, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Legal Affairs and Human Resources
Pekka Rauhala is Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Legal Affairs and Human Resources at SSH Communications Security. In this role, Mr. Rauhala is responsible for facilities, human resources and legal affairs including worldwide responsibility to oversee for contracts, corporate secretarial, IPR and licensing activities of SSH.
Prior to joining SSH in 2000, Mr. Rauhala served Tellabs, Inc., Jaakko Pöyry Group and Helsinki Chamber of Commerce in several key in-house counsel positions during 1988-2000, including Director and Regional Counsel Tellabs EMEA, Legal Counsel Tellabs Oy, Legal Counsel and Project Finance Manager JP-International, and Legal and Tax Counsel Helsinki Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Rauhala received L.L.M. from Helsinki University and MBA from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Rauhala is a member of American Bar Association, the Association of Finnish Lawyers and Inter Pacific Bar Association.
