As was informed in SSH Tectia Newsletter Volume 7, the online support system at http://support.ssh.com has been updated. In order to improve our support delivery capabilities, and to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible, we have changed the way SSH support can be reached as follows:
1) If you have a valid support agreement with us, please log into our support system and submit your case. The support site requires you to login with the username and password provided to you.

- Block unauthorized access by only allowing certain users from trusted client computers to log in
- Protect privileged information by restricting users to their home folders when using SFTP
- Increase server security by assuring that administrative tasks can only be performed on site
- Prevent accidental or intentional tampering with server systems by prohibiting terminal access altogether
