Tatu Ylönen and Tero Kivinen representing together more than fifty
(50) percent of all shares and votes in SSH Communications
Security Corp have announced to SSH that they will make the
following proposal to the General Meeting of the Shareholders of
SSH Communications Security Corp to be held on March 21, 2006
regarding election of Board members.

The above mentioned shareholders will suggest that the number of
Board members would be four (4) and that Mr. Tapio Kallioja, Mr.
Tomi Laamanen, Mr. Timo Ritakallio and Mr. Tatu Ylönen would be re-
elected as members to the Board of Directors of SSH Communications
Security Corp.

The above mentioned shareholders will suggest that a monthly
salary of EUR 1,400 would be paid for the Board members outside
the company.

All proposed Board members have given their consent for the
election.
