A total of 1,250 shares were subscribed for using class C option
certificates according to the I/1999 option program, a total of
1,250 shares were subscribed for using class D option
certificates according to the I/1999 option program and a total
of 1,333 shares were subscribed for using class A option
certificates according to the I/2003 option program. The
subscription period for shares with class I/1999 C-option
certificates started May 1, 2001 and for shares with class I/1999
D-option certificates started November 1, 2001.
The issue of the I/1999 Stock Option Program was approved by Annual
General Meeting August 5, 1999.
And the subscription period for shares with class A option
certificates started May 1, 2004. The issue of the I/2003 Stock
Option Program was approved by the Annual General Meeting of
April 29, 2003.

The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 114,99
was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on May, 4, 2005.
As a result of the increase, the share capital of the company is EUR
843.323,73 and the total number of shares is 28,110,791.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders’ rights
from the registration date May 4, 2005. The new shares will be
listed on the main list of Helsinki Exchanges together with the
other shares as of May 6, 2005.
