The implementation of the merger between SSH Communications
Security Corp (hereinafter referred to as "SSH") and Applied
Computing Research (ACR) Oy (hereinafter referred to as "ACR") has
been registered on October 31, 2004.

Mr. Tatu Ylönen and Mr. Tero Kivinen received as a consideration
of the merger a total of 16,942,487 new shares of SSH in
connection with the implementation of the merger. These shares
were distributed between these persons so that Mr. Ylönen received
14,344,639 new shares and Mr. Kivinen 2,597,848 new shares as the
consideration.

Because of the merger there occurred kind of changes in the shares
of ownerships enacted in the Securities Markets Act. Therefore, we
announce according to the paragraph 2 section 10 of the Securities
Markets Act the following:
