According to the 1999 option program, SSH shares were subscribed
as follows:

- A total of 15,000 SSH shares we subscribed for using class A
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
A option certificates started May 1, 2000
- A total of 62,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class B
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
B option certificates started November 1, 2000
- A total of 62,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class C
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
C option certificates started May 1, 2001
- A total of 62,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class D
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
D option certificates started November 1, 2001
- A total of 62,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class E
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
E option certificates started May 1, 2002
- A total of 62,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class F
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
F option certificates started November 1, 2002
- A total of 2,500 SSH shares we subscribed for using class G
option certificates. The subscription period for shares with class
G option certificates started May 1, 2003

The issue of the I/1999 Stock Option Program was approved by the
General Meeting of August 5, 1999.

The corresponding increase in the share capital, 330,000 shares in
total EUR 9,900, was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on
March 11, 2004. As a result of the increase, the share capital of
the company is EUR 841,974.30 and the total number of shares is
28,065,810.

The new shares will be listed on the main list of Helsinki
Exchanges together with the other shares as of May 3, 2004.
