SSH Licences SSH Certifier PKI Platform to Instasec
SSH Plans to Add Public-Key Infrastructure as an Integral Part of its SSH Tectia Managed Security Middleware Solution
SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading developer of managed security middleware, and Instasec Oy, have signed a letter of intent regarding the transfer of the further development of SSH Certifier PKI platform to Instasec. This OEM licensing also includes the transfer of existing SSH Certifier client relationships to Instasec. For SSH, the arrangement enables certificate technology to become even more integral part of SSH Tectia solution.SSH, Instasec, Secgo Software Oy and Fujitsu Services Oy have a long history together as providers of certificate-related products and services in Finland, especially to governmental and healthcare sectors.
With this arrangement, the development and management of PKI-related cooperation will be streamlined and simplified. Instasec has a long experience in developing certificate technologies and related customer services in Finland. Thanks to the long and close cooperation, Instasec, Secgo, Fujitsu and SSH trust that the transition will be smooth for both Finnish and international customers. Fujitsu will continue to manage the relationships with its SSH Certifier clients as before.
