A total of 1,250 SSH shares were subscribed for using class E-
option certificates according to the 1999 option program, a total
of 1.250 for using F-option certificates, a total of 625 for using
G-option certificates and a total of 2,416 for using H-option
certificates. The subscription period for shares with class E-
option certificates started May 1, 2002, for shares with class F-
option certificates started October 1, 2002, for shares with class
G-option certificates started May 1, 2003 and for shares with
class H-option certificates started October 1, 2003. The issue of
the I/1999 Stock Option Programs were approved by the General
Meeting of August 5, 1999.

The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR
166,23 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on December
12, 2003. As a result of the increase, the share capital of the
company is EUR 832,074.30 and the total number of shares is
27,735,810.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders’
rights from the registration date December 12, 2003. The new
shares will be listed on the main list of Helsinki Exchanges
together with the other shares as of December 15, 2003.
