Changes in Product Availability for SSH Accession

SSH Accession will no longer be available for purchase

SSH Communications Security Corp. launched a new Managed Security Middleware solution SSH Tectia in September 2003. Along with this new focused strategy on solution based offering, SSH Accession, a desktop authentication agent application for handling all private-key and sign-on operations for the user, will no longer be available for purchase as a stand-alone product as of December 1st, 2003.

The maintenance contracts of the existing customers of the product will remain active until the end of year 2004, at which point similar functionality will be developed for SSH Tectia solution. Until then, SSH Tectia Client and SSH Tectia Connector will still include separate installation options for SSH Accession mainly for the need of smart card/token support.

With this change, SSH will focus on developing further PKI related technologies for the SSH Tectia solution.
