Proposal of ACR Oy for the composition of the Board of Directors of SSH
Applied Computing Research (ACR) Oy representing more than fifty percent of all the votes in SSH Communications Security Corp has announced to SSH that it will make the following proposal to the General Meeting of Shareholders of SSH Communications Security Corp to be held on April 29, 2003 regarding election of Board members. The above mentioned shareholder will suggest that the number of Board members will be four and that Mr. Tapio Kallioja, Mr. Tomi Laamanen, Mr. Timo Ritakallio, and Mr. Tatu Ylönen will be elected as members to the Board of Directors of SSH Communications Security Corp.
