SSH Launches Tailored Support Program For Enterprise, OEM, And Developer Customers
SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading developer of Internet security solutions, today announced the launch of an extensive product support program customized for enterprise, developer and OEM customers. This program is designed to ensure that SSH customers receive the technical assistance needed throughout the lifespan of their security solution and offers a broad set of services tailored for the unique needs of each customer set.

SSH created a comprehensive two-tier Premium Software Support program for its enterprise customers. Premium level one subscribers can benefit from weekday telephone as well as e-mail and web technical support. Premium level two subscribers receive the same benefits with the addition of guaranteed priority response for emergency situations. Premium level one and level two subscribers will receive product revisions, major and minor enhancements and maintenance patches, as well as the contracted levels support during the terms of their support contracts. Each service program is renewable on an annual basis throughout the life of the security solution.
SSH's OEM and developer customers can now benefit from support services that include the availability of detailed Web-based information and software integration services designed to resolve product development issues. These customers can also tap the expertise of SSH engineers that will be available to assist with critical support issues as well as have access to OEM-specific email and telephone support.
