SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY CORP STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE
A total of 624 SSH shares were subscribed for using class C option certificates according to the 1999 option program. The subscription period for shares class C started May 1, 2001. The issue of this Stock Option plan was approved by the General meeting of August 5, 1999. The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 18,72 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on 18th October,2001. As a result of the increase, the share capital of shares is EUR 829.535,55 and the total number of shares is 27.651.185. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders rights from the registration date 18th October , 2001 . The new shares will be listed on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the other shares on 19th October, 2001.
