SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading developer of Internet security technologies, today announced its SSH Secure Shell software was deemed the "Best Communications Security" product by Secure Computing Magazine. This award was selected by the magazine's academy members, IT professionals working in corporate organizations, who understand the scale of the problems faced by large organizations and recognize the potential for major disasters arising from security breaches. This understanding allows them to make informed judgments on which security solutions best suit the needs of corporate organizations. In January, Secure Computing Magazine also acknowledged SSH as one of the "Companies to Watch in 2001."
