SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading developer of Internet security technologies, today announced that OKENA Inc., has licensed SSHs IPSEC Express 4.0. OKENA, a leading developer in proactive security software, will integrate SSHs IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) technology into its flagship product, StormWatchTM. Announced in April, OKENAs StormWatchTM works to eliminate disruption to the network when a security threat occurs either externally or from inside the security perimeter. SSHs IPSec Express 4.0 enables StormWatchTM to intercept network traffic, thus allowing StormWatchTM to maximize corporate uptime by proactively restricting applications to known and predictable behavior.

StormWatchTM, goes beyond distributed firewall, virus defense and intrusion detection technologies to prevent damage to Windows servers and desktops from file and network attacks. At the heart of OKENA StormWatchTM, lies the Rules Engine, which allows OKENA security experts to implement behavioral rules, out of the box, to enforce behavior for IIS Web servers, Microsoft SQL/Server databases, Microsoft Office/Outlook desktops and more. These rules recognize any irregular behavior within the network or host- immediately isolating and stopping that activity, preventing any further intrusion into the enterprise.
