SSH unveils availability of pki.ssh.com

SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a world-leading developer of Internet security solutions, today announced the availability of pki.ssh.com. The Web site provides a real-life technical scenario for developers and end users of PKI products and solutions to reference and test PKI standards and technologies with SSH Certifier™ CA (Certificate Authority) product.

Using the online enrolment and revocation services of the interoperability site, it is easy to perform technical evaluations of security applications without the need to set up a complex in- house CA (Certification Authority).

SSH pki.ssh.com supports various standard PKI protocols such as CMPv2 (Certificate Management Protocol), SCEP (Simple Certificate Enrolment Protocol), LDAP (Light-weight Directory Access Protocol), OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol), and TLS (Transport Layer Security) for online interaction between different PKI entities.

The new Web site is powered by SSH Certifier, a complete PKI platform product that enables the set up of a multi-CA hosting environment for managing keys of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks). SSH Certifier provides service providers and network operators with out-sourced online PKI services for their enterprise customers. SSH Certifier can also be used to a build centralized key management solution for SSH Secure Shell workstations and servers.
