Evidian and SSH Announce Partnership on VPN Security
Evidian and SSH partner to integrate IPSec VPN (Virtual Private Networking) technology within Evidians NetWall firewall product
SSH Communications Security (HEX:SSH1V), a leading developer of Internet security technologies, and Evidian, a global supplier of secure e-business and telecommunications management software today announced a technology partnership in the area of VPN security. Under the agreement, Evidian will integrate SSHs IPSec (Internet Protocol Security) technology into Evidians AccessMaster NetWallTM firewall product. In addition, Evidian will apply its leading internet security management technology to this new product. As a result, Evidians NetWall future release will provide both high end VPN security based on IPSec technology and VPN management, dedicated to large corporations needing to secure numerous IP networks.We chose to partner with SSH because they offer proven and reliable technology that incorporates IPSec industry standards," said Philippe Pradat, Evidians VP of Product Engineering and Marketing."We want to provide customers with the highest levels of security while also promoting interoperability and investment protection through standards compliance.
