A total of 30.000 SSH shares were subscribed under class A option 
certificates of the 1999 option program and a total of 125 shares 
under class A option certificates of the I/2000 option program. The 
subscription period for shares under class A option certificates of 
the 1999 option program started on May 1, I/2000 and under class A 
option certificates of option program I/2000 on May 1, 2001, 
respectively. The issue of the 1999 Stock Option Program was approved 
by the General Meeting of August 5, 1999 and Stock Option Program 
I/2000 was approved by the General Meeting of April 19, 2000.

The corresponding increase in the share capital, in total EUR 903,75, 
was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on August 16, 2001. As a 
result of the increase, the share capital of the company is EUR 
829.516,83 and the total number of shares is 27.650.561.

The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' 
rights from the registration date August 16, 2001. The new shares 
will be listed on the main list of the Helsinki Exchanges together 
with the other shares as of August 17, 2001.
