Timo Rinne is Chief Technology Officer for SSH Communications Security and is responsible for research, technology strategy, intellectual property management and standardization.
Mr. Rinne joined SSH in 1998, and has since assumed various management positions including Vice President of Engineering (1998-2000), and Director of Technology in Network Systems (2001-2002). Mr. Rinne has held key roles in the development of all products and technologies throughout the history of SSH.
Prior to joining SSH, Mr. Rinne held positions in Nokia's Research Center, which also involved some projects in the computer security area.
Mr. Rinne has a Master of Science (Technology, Computer Science) degree from Helsinki University of Technology.
